Women in Healthcare is offering an inspiring session with some of the top leaders in the fields of psychology, nutrition, and fitness. You will learn how to practice self-care and learn special tips for dealing with the “new normal” lifestyle.

BETH TAYLOR will tell you “How To Thrive In A Changing Environment”. Beth Taylor has been counseling and coaching individuals and teams for most of her 25-year career and she believes that success is possible for anyone who wants to achieve it!  Through a series of steps, Beth helps clients discover the pathway to self-awareness, discovering their passion and how to FEARLESSLY ‘get’ what they need to achieve their goals. Beth has worked with many companies across the country as well as C-Suite Executives.

 

 

Amy Goodson

Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Nutrition Consultant

AMY GOODSON, MS, RD, CSSD, LD is a registered dietitian and consultant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with an emphasis in overall health, wellness and sports nutrition. She is a speaker, spokesperson, and writer and passionate about communicating positive nutrition messages to consumers. Amy has over twelve years of experience as the sports dietitian at Ben Hogan Sports Medicine and has worked with Texas Christian University Athletics, the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and their minor league affiliates, FC Dallas Soccer, Jim McLean Golf School and many PGA Tour players as well as with many middle school, high school, and endurance athletes.

 

 

Eve Overland
Celebrity Fitness Trainer

EVE OVERLAND has been in the fitness industry as far back as scrunchy socks and leotards. She is a former Bodybuilder (Figure Competitor), been competitive in Powerlifting and CrossFit, participated in Obstacle Course Races, and has worked as a stuntwoman. She is most known for being Carrie Underwood’s longtime Personal Trainer. Eve also works with Carrie’s Clothing Line CALIA and most recently she contributed to Carrie Underwood’s fitness book “Find Your Path”. Currently, she is collaborating with Carrie for their new fitness app “Fit52”.
